Integrity Selling is an ongoing sales curriculum designed to help sales associates develop more professional sales experience and strengthen client relationships. The curriculum includes a needs-focused selling system, simple behavioral styles language, an eight-week structured followup course, ongoing managersí coaching, monthly reinforcement sessions, and more.
The companyís Integrity Coaching course teaches Coldwell Banker Burnet leadership team members how to successfully coach sales associates and employees and challenge them to be their best.
FastStart is an intensive, practical three-week course that includes everything new sales associates need to learn to be successful in the real estate profession. It includes prospecting strategies, negotiating techniques, marketing strategies, legal issues, ethical standards, skills for handling objections, and insight regarding all aspects of the real estate business. It also includes role playing to help sales associates sharpen their presentation skills and become more confident communicating with home buyers and sellers. ProStart includes the same curriculum but is offered in the evenings and on weekends.
The Master's Series courses are specifically designed for sales associates, employees, and managers who wish to take their careers to a higher level. Many of these courses can be taken for continuing education requirements, which makes it easy for sales associates to stay up-to-date with their state licensing education requirements.
